Unreal API – Terms of Service

Effective Date: December 30, 2025 Welcome to Unreal API. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Unreal API service (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Service Operator

Unreal API is operated by a small independent development team and is not a registered company or legal entity.

2. Description of the Service

Unreal API provides an application programming interface (API) that allows developers to perform Discord-related requests to help integrate Discord bot functionality into their applications. Unreal API is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Discord.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
  • Use the Service for illegal activities or in violation of applicable laws
  • Use the Service in violation of Discord’s Terms of Service or policies
  • Abuse the Service through excessive, automated, or malicious requests
  • Attempt to disrupt, bypass, or interfere with API security or rate limits
  • Reverse-engineer or misuse the Service
  • Use the Service in a way that harms the Service or other users
Access to the Service is a revocable privilege, not a right.

4. API Keys

  • API keys are unique, non-transferable, and issued to individual users
  • You are responsible for keeping your API key secure
  • You are responsible for all activity performed using your API key
  • Unreal API may suspend or revoke API keys at any time for misuse, security reasons, or violations of these Terms
If your API key is compromised, you should regenerate it immediately.

5. Rate Limits

  • API usage is subject to rate limits
  • Exceeding rate limits or abusing the Service may result in temporary or permanent suspension
Rate limits may change at any time to protect service stability.

6. Data and Privacy

  • Unreal API collects and processes limited personal data as described in the Privacy Policy
  • Unreal API does not sell personal information
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws

7. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including its software, documentation, and branding, is the property of Unreal API
  • You may not copy, redistribute, or claim ownership of the Service or its components without permission
You retain ownership of your own applications and code.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by applicable law:
  • Unreal API makes no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, reliability, or accuracy
  • The Service may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time
  • Functionality may change due to updates or changes to Discord’s platform
Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Unreal API shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Unreal API may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, security concerns, or operational reasons.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
