Unreal API is operated by a small independent development team. Access to personal data is restricted to the service operators and is used only to operate and secure the service.2. Account Deletion Requests
You may request deletion of your account at any time. To do so, please contact us directly. Once we receive your request, we will promptly remove your account and all associated data from our systems.3. Email Addresses
When you create an account, we store your email address solely for account identification and authentication purposes. Your email is only used to:- Identify your account
- Assist with login and security
- Communicate essential account-related information
Moderator Access
Moderators have limited access to user email addresses for moderation and safety purposes. When viewing user information, moderators may see only a partially masked version of email addresses (for example:un*******@gmail.com). This limited view is used to help identify accounts while protecting user privacy.
Moderators cannot:
- View full email addresses
- Edit or export email data
- Use email information for any purpose outside of moderation
4. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
We offer an optional 2FA feature using authentication apps such as Google Authenticator or Authy.- Only the information required to verify your 2FA setup is stored
- This information is used only for authentication
- It is never shared, sold, or used for any other purpose
5. Discord Bot Tokens (Optional)
Some features, such as Discord request endpoints, may require your Discord bot token. You have the choice to provide your token either in the dashboard or in the API request:If you provide your token in the API Request:
- You will need to manually include your bot token with each API request that requires it.
- Unreal API will store your token in a database.
- Your token is immediately removed from our database once the request is processed
- No staff member can view or access the actual token.
- Tokens are encrypted using strong encryption standards.
- Only the system performing your request can decrypt the token temporarily.
If you provide your token in the dashboard:
- Your token will be encrypted and stored for processing API requests.
- A unique
botKeyis generated for extra security; you must use this key to authorize Discord requests. - Tokens are used only to perform the specific request you initiated.
- Tokens are never displayed, retrievable, or visible to Unreal API staff.
- You can remove or regenerate your token at any time from the dashboard.
