At Unreal API, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting the information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and secure your data when using our services.
1. Account Deletion Requests
You may request deletion of your account at any time. To do so, please contact us directly. Once we receive your request, we will promptly remove your account and all associated data from our systems.
2. Email Addresses
When you create an account, we store your email address solely for account identification and authentication purposes.
Your email is only used to:
- Identify your account
- Assist with login and security
- Communicate essential account-related information
We do not sell, share, or use your email for marketing purposes.
3. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
We offer an optional 2FA feature using authentication apps such as Google Authenticator or Authy.
- Only the information required to verify your 2FA setup is stored
- This information is used only for authentication
- It is never shared, sold, or used for any other purpose
4. Discord Bot Tokens (Optional)
Some features, such as Discord request endpoints, may require your Discord bot token.
You have the choice to provide your token either in the dashboard or in the API request:
If you provide your token in the API Request:
- You will need to manually include your bot token with each API request that requires it.
- Unreal API will store your token in a database.
- Your token is immediately removed from our database once the request is processed
During the brief period tokens exist in our system:
- No staff member can view or access the actual token.
- Tokens are encrypted using strong encryption standards.
- Only the system performing your request can decrypt the token temporarily.
If you provide your token in the dashboard:
- Your token will be encrypted and stored for processing API requests.
- A unique
botKey is generated for extra security; you must use this key to authorize Discord requests.
- Tokens are used only to perform the specific request you initiated.
- Tokens are never displayed, retrievable, or visible to Unreal API staff.
- You can remove or regenerate your token at any time from the dashboard.
You can remove your token from our database at any time.
This approach ensures that your bot token is handled securely and in a manner compliant with Discord’s Terms of Service.
5. Data Usage
All information collected is used exclusively to provide, maintain, and improve our services.
We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or services. Updates will be posted here with an updated effective date. Significant changes will be communicated when appropriate.
7. Leaked API Key
If your API key is leaked, you can regenerate it at any time from the dashboard.
Selecting “Regenerate API Key” will invalidate the old key and issue a new one instantly.
